In Calama, capital of the El Loa province, the PYMELAB Program was launched with more than 40 guests. The program seeks to promote innovation ecosystems in companies in the mining industry and related sectors, providing support and technical advice in various stages of the implementation and management of innovation, giving emphasis to the development, design and implementation of R & D projects.
The activity was held in the Corporate Building of Codelco Norte on August 1, 2018 and counted with the participation of representatives of local, regional and national companies of small and large sizes, as well as representatives of Codelco, Codelco Tech, CORFO and IDEOJ who spoke about innovation, developed projects, gaps identified in the industry, challenges and problems related to local and regional needs in terms of innovation.
